The girls went to California for a week to visit their Grandma Mimi - they had a great time! Thanks Grandma!

County Fair

We went to the fair this weekend and it was a lot of fun - I took lots of pics! Darian entered a pole climbing contest, Jordyn petted many many bunnies, and of course we ate greasy fair food and the kids rode on the carnival rides. It was a fun time - enjoy the pics!

Our Very Own Bear!

My realtor, Jeanene, sent me this picture - this is the little bear that comes down from Sheep Mountain and visits our development.

From what she told us - it's a little bear. But where there's babies, there's mommies. And that is not good so we need to try not to feed or pet this little fella'.

Anyway - just one more species to add to our list of critters....

The Future Looks....Dangerous!!!

Here is Darian at her very first Bowling Pin Shoot - and she was awesome!!!! I was so proud of my baby, she just jumped right in there and was a total trooper! And she had never shot pins before so even better. She got some great coaching from her daddy, too. The regulars were really impressed with her enthusiasm and I became a "stage mom" - totally by accident.

She was between rounds, doing gymnastics on a wooden railroad tie and she got a splinter! I told her to stop it because she might injure her trigger finger! Then when she was up, she wasn't paying attention and I said, "Darian! You're up - go get your piece!"

Wow - did that really just happen? It was a fun family day - she's doing really well and we're so proud of her!!!
